2023 chardonnay
An unwooded chardonnay of medium body with aromas of baked pear, pawpaw and green apple. The palate shows stone fruits, citrus notes and minerality. Round and soft with some time spent on yeast lees, an undercurrent of refreshing acidity is found which carries through beautifully to the finish.
